The London client needed a sprinkler system installed into their beautiful Town House in Chelsea after unfortunately failing building control at the very end of their development, once their Town House project was completed.

Conversations were held locally between the Builders, Owner and Property developer as to how we can best navigate the retro fit installation of their required water mist system, with great consideration to their existing fixtures, fittings and quality of finish.

NPHS-UK were tasked with designing, installing and maintaining a high pressure water mist system throughout the whole Chelsea property.

After a quick consultation and review of the proposed plans, the team at NPHS-UK offered a free quote and site survey. The proposed water mist system, including the system design, full layout drawings and quotations were delivered to the client within only days of the initial enquiry.

The specialist installation team at NPHS UK completed the retrofit project within 7 days, allowing the other trades on-site to commence their work and finish the agreed repairs once we had completed.

After conversations with all relevant parties, and as they still had labourers on site, we came to an agreement that the hole cutting, and pre-prep will be done prior to us entering. We showed them the precise routes we would need to take through the house to help speed up the process as the client was on a tight deadline. Thankfully they followed our plans without a hitch. Their agreed involvement allowed us to get a head start upon our arrival, allowing for a smoother retro fit water mist installation.

Pump location as always was key, and we found a suitable spot in the basement within a utility cupboard; it had access to the water supply, electrics and an accessible route to enter in the house.
